After visiting the school families may begin the formal application process.

Application Process

  • Submit an APPLICATION with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
  • Upon receipt of your application, the Admissions Coordinator will contact you to set up an interview.
  • Following the interview, you will be notified of acceptance by the Admissions Coordinator and mailed a contract.
  • Contracts must be returned to the RWS office within 10 business days.

*Children applying to first grade must be 6 years old by June 15.

  • Submit an APPLICATION with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
  • Submit a TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM to any of your child’s current teachers.
  • Submit a TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM to your child’s current school.
  • When all three forms and the application fee are received by RWS you will be contacted by the Admission Coordinator to set up:
    • An initial interview with the Class Teacher.
    • A 3 day in-class visit for your child.
    • A follow up interview with the Class Teacher.
  • Following these steps, you will be notified of acceptance by the Admissions Coordinator and mailed a contract.

  • Submit a MIDDLE SCHOOL APPLICATION completed by the student.
  • Submit a TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM to any of your child’s current teachers.
  • Submit a TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM to your child’s current school.
  • When all four forms and the application fee are received by RWS you will be contacted by the Admission Coordinator to set up:
