Celebrating 20 Years of Developing Fearless Learners

New Building Campaign

Through the generosity of many friends of our school, we have been able to purchase the former Luther Memorial School in Richmond’s historic Ginter Park. This is the first time in our 20-year history that we will own our building, and our goal is to create an environment where Waldorf Education will flourish ever more fully.

The property features:

  • large, sunny, well-appointed classrooms
  • gymnasium
  • sports field
  • two playgrounds
  • auditorium
  • cafeteria
  • garden
  • office space
  • storage space

However, the property sat vacant for almost a year and was not well cared for during that time. Some of the spaces do not yet embody a true Waldorf learning environment, so we have a great deal of work ahead to make this new space OUR home. And we must move from our current rented space into our new building.

Please join us in getting our new home ready for our children this fall.

Thus far, we have raised $220,000 for the down payment on our new home, which is 88% of our goal of $250,000. We now need to raise the remainder – $30,000 – by August 30, 2017 for initial renovations to the building and to relocate our staff, faculty, and students. Your gift to help us renovate and relocate will help us continue to develop curious, confident, and capable children who can bring forth healthy change in the world.

Your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. For more information, please contact Roberto Trostli at (804) 377-8024 ext. 105 or e-mail at .
