Richmond Waldorf School is accredited by SAIS (Southern Association of Independent Schools) whose accreditation process has been approved by the Virginia Council for Private Education as authorized by the Virginia State Board of Education. 

Richmond Waldorf School is an associate member of AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) with full accreditation in the coming years.

Richmond Waldorf School is incorporated and registered in the state of Virginia as a not-for-profit organization with 501(c)3 status.

Richmond Waldorf School’s Early Childhood program has earned the distinction of full membership with WECAN (Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America).
