Aftercare is available from Monday through Friday from 1 to 6 pm on days when school is in session.
Aftercare may be contracted by month or on a drop-in basis (daily drop-in subject to space limitations). Fees for Aftercare are billed separately from tuition. Reference our Aftercare Registration Process and Policies for full details.
The Richmond Waldorf School Aftercare program includes:
- Rest times for participating Early Childhood students from 1 – 3 pm. Accommodations made for sleeping and non-sleeping children.

Indoor and outdoor playtime for all participating students from 3 – 6 pm.

Important Notes:
- Families should register for Aftercare via the RWS Parent Portal two weeks prior to the child’s first day in Aftercare
- Drop-in care must be requested within 48 hours of when care is needed and must be confirmed by a staff member
