Anne Whitehead

2nd Grade (Interim)

Anne Whitehead

Anne joined the Richmond Waldorf School in Summer 2025. She graduated from Randolph Macon College in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a minor in Studio Art. Through taking education classes, fieldwork in schools, working as a camp counselor, and extensive Waldorf training, she has joined the Richmond Waldorf School and is excited to teach the second-grade class as a long-term substitute.

In Anne’s free time, she loves to craft/paint (especially plein air painting), hiking in nature, cooking, and being with family and friends.

My goal for my classroom is to foster an environment where children can explore the world with curiosity, self-expression, love, finding a deeper connection to the earth and gain meaningful experiences.
