3rd Grade
Ashley started her career as a mental health professional providing intensive therapeutic services for her clients. With a degree in Psychology from Sweet Briar College in Virginia, she focused her studies on early childhood development as a personal passion. After she started her own family, she discovered RWS while searching for a pre-school and quickly realized her personal connection to the Waldorf educational philosophy. She started her journey at Richmond Waldorf School as a substitute teacher in the 2022-23 school year and is thrilled to be joining the faculty. She has two children currently enrolled in the grades and early childhood programs.
