Corinne Torres

Corinne grew up with a French mother and spent summers with her family in northern France. She has taught French since 2010 and completed her masters in TESOL in 2015. Corinne led French song and story time in NYC public libraries and organized french clubs and french competitions for her students. Outside of Waldorf she runs her own French lessons and tutoring business with a small group of amazing French instructors. She also teaches yoga and has a deep passion for integrating mindfulness in her instruction both in the classroom and studio. Though 2024 is her first year in a Waldorf school, she believes its values align with her own teaching philosophy and is looking forward to getting to know her students.
