Elizabeth Atwell Brumley
Movement, Developmental Support Specialist

Elizabeth has been teaching movement arts for two decades in classroom and studio settings, specializing in dance, movement fundamentals, and interdisciplinary creative arts. She holds a Master of Education in clinical mental health from Ohio University. Her clinical work supported early childhood families through creative arts and social emotional learning. Prior to graduate school, Elizabeth was a Fulbright Fellow studying folk dance in the Republic of Georgia.
Elizabeth is training in Extra Lesson, a Waldorf pedagogical approach to supporting developmental learning, with the Association for a Healing Education. Elizabeth joined RWS in 2022 as the movement arts teacher, and is excited to be expanding her role as developmental support specialist during the 2025-2026 year.
