Basketball Registration Deadline

Basketball Registration – Grades 5 – 8
Season runs Wednesday, January 5 – Friday, March 4
We welcome back Coach Derek Redwine to work with our students again this season! This season will be devoted to skill development, building, and enhancement. There will be no league play/games. Students and coaches will adhere to current school health and safety protocols, including the Virginia Department of Health’s recommendation that students participating in indoor, high contact sports wear masks.
There are no tryouts or previous experience required, but players must agree to the Code of Conduct and attend a majority of practices. New players are welcome to come and try it for a week before committing.
Students need to provide their own sneakers, masks, and water bottle.
To Sign up, please complete:
  1. RWS Sports Code of Conduct, signed by student/parent (new players only)
  2. 2022 Registration Form, completed and returned with $50 payment
  3. Basketball Student Questionnaire completed
  4. Payment of $50, should be made with your returned registration forms. Please submit forms and payment to the front office by Tuesday, January 4.

Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in the gym, starting January 5
