Parent Education Series with Guest Speaker Raelee Peirce *NEW DATE
October 17 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
As part of Richmond Waldorf School’s ongoing Parent Education series, RWS is excited to welcome guest speaker, Raelee Peirce, a Parent Educator and Certified Parent Coach for over 20 years. She will be at Richmond Waldorf School (*RESCHEUDLED DATE) Thursday, October 17 at 5:30 pm for a special workshop entitled: Say No With Confidence: The Art of Boundary Setting. Registration Link:https://calendly.com/innerlifeparenting/boundaries
In this workshop, we will explore the vital role of values-centered parenting in cultivating strong, confident children. By instilling core values and guiding principles from an early age, parents can create a consistent and structured environment where boundaries are clear and expectations are understood.
In contrast, a child-centered approach often prioritizes a child’s desires, which can lead to confusion around limits and expectations. This lack of structure may result in behavioral challenges and difficulties in decision-making, as children may struggle to understand right from wrong without clear guidelines.
Join Certified Parent and Family Life Coach Raelee Peirce as she empowers Waldorf parents to confidently set boundaries and transition from a child-centered mindset to a values-centered approach. Discover practical strategies to foster respect, responsibility, and resilience in your children!
This event free and open to the public. Pre-event reception at 4:30 pm. Workshop will take place in the 1st grade classroom at RWS.
