Join School leaders for a Strategic Planning Workshop on Saturday, May 18 from 10 am – 1 pm in the school gym. We will work as a whole and in small groups to further develop our 5-year strategic plan. This will be a chance to bring your voice and ideas and to work alongside fellow RWS parents, teachers, board members, and supporters. Lunch will be provided (no childcare).
Strategic Plan Timeline:
March 27 – Major themes presented to the Board of Trustees and Faculty College
April 20 – Debut of Strategic Themes during Painting Our Future event
May 18 – Workshop with community members to develop objectives
Fall 2024 – Community Day to develop Strategic Plan tactics
December 2024 – Approval and adoption of 2025-2030 Strategic Plan by Board of Trustees
