Mary Williard

Mary joined the RWS administrative team as Business Office Manager in February 2022. Born and raised in VA, youngest of 7 children, Mary attended VCU and lived for 3 years in paradise on the outer banks of NC. Mary then became a mom of two sons, and after a few years, began a career in accounting, where she served a variety of businesses (architecture, engineering, printing company, real estate) as CFO and Administration and Finance Executive. She left the corporate world a few years ago and founded her consulting firm, Three Rivers Consulting. Mary enjoys supporting non-profit clients as well as entrepreneurs with their financial needs so they can thrive and enjoy success.

Mary comes from a large family and has a huge heart for supporting a caring community for children. She strives to bring efficiency and ease of process for effective finance and administration, so Waldorf can focus on what’s most important, the children’s education.

Mary spends as much time with family as possible, loves to garden, cook, bake, and go to the beach and travel. She also volunteers with several non profits (local Chambers of Commerce and The Braxton Institute).
