Mel Gross
Dogwood Class Assistant
Mel Gross joined Richmond Waldorf School as the Dogwood Assistant in August 2024. She graduated in spring 2024 from Scripps College in Claremont, California, where she studied poetry. Growing up in Richmond, Mel worked many summers at Passages Adventure Camp where she headed the mountain biking program, focused on inclusion of female staff and campers in a male dominated sport. Mel couldn’t be happier to return to her hometown while also beginning a new journey at Richmond Waldorf School.
