Kelsey Ewell
Human Resources Coordinator
Kelsey joined RWS in the Fall of 2025 as the Human Resources Coordinator. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. While in college, she developed a strong foundation for Human Resources (HR) and is especially driven by opportunities to support others, contribute meaningfully to her community, and help individuals thrive in their roles.
She is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, and has lived in Richmond for four years now. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and taking long walks to explore nature.
